encouragement is an important way for human resourse development.it reveals as the satisfaction or limitation for the demand,in fact the degree of agreement for the chase of the aim.encouragement is very useful for encouraging the staff,improve their quality,strenthen the comity of organization etc. from different view,it can be divided into material encouragement and spiritual encouragement,opposite and negative,inside and outside. however,for they must influence the system and result,the time ,frequency,degree and direction must be mastered well.in the process,you should abey the correct rule to make the encouragement work well.the rules includes:combined the material and spiritual encourage together,spiritual as the main rule,combination of opposite and negative,opposite encourage as the main,combination of inside and outside encouragement,inside as the main.
