Upon seeing the title of this film, you may assume it to be a romantic and touching love story. However, as a matter of fact, it is a big surprise to us as a story between a dying criminal and a beautiful girl whose mind is a little out of normal. The story is demonstrated fragments by fragments in a staggered time line. We first see a crazy girl who has tried to commit suicide for many times and is rescued in time, a young girl who is very impolite or even rude to her sick mother. It’s two stories of good length. The criminal’s miserable life comes into life as the plot stretches out. Being an orphan, he tries his best to keep his younger brother’s happiness and life, but he fails. Later, he becomes hair stylist and falls in love with a girl. His girlfriend get pregnant but the baby is in the wrong place. Therefore, he is dying for money to get his girlfriend operated on. A gangster offers him a chance to kill a woman together with himself; in the end he will give the hero a good amount of money. The hero is frightened. But he can do nothing but accept the guilty obligation. The gangster kills the woman and her daughter. Before they leave the house, the servant comes back. The hero kills her among the desperate and is sentenced into death. The plot of the film stretches out when the killer is waiting for death in the prison.
