chillness n. 寒冷，冷淡;
[例句]Your cold blood cannot be worked into a fever: your veins are full of ice-water; but mine are boiling, and the sight of such chillness makes them dance.

coldness 冷淡;冷;冷酷;冷静
两者都可以用来表示冷淡，冷漠，和天气寒冷，只是cold还有冷静，镇定的意思，这个用的更多些。
